VIBHA GUPTA M.D.
Founder and Executive Director
Second gen daughter of Indian immigrants, born, bred and raised in the midwest, now firmly transplanted to the left coast. I started NINS as a way to positively channel my frustration and create something that combines my passion for food, culture and people. My hope is that this can be something that is fun, transcendent, educational and above all helpful.
A French-Indo blend of writer, director and pasty connoisseur Tulica brings creativity and an editors eye to NINS. A graduate of USC film school she has won a number of a awards for her work. Her series Croissant Man has been in 20 festivals winning 13 awards, including the prestigious Vimeo Staff Pick, best web series and best editing at the New York Television Festival. It has been featured in LA Magazine, IFC’s Comedy Crib and is one of the first short form Independent web series to be distributed through Amazon Prime.
Tulica is currently developing a show called Becky is our God about a world that discovers they live in the brain of a woman on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Check out her work here.
